1. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on our bespoke hats and head pieces (i.e. items that has been made especially for you).
2. There are no refunds on sale items, an exchange may be offered or alternatively a credit note may be issued.
3. Our policy lasts for 7 days, i.e. this is the 7 days that pass from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
4. Returns will only be considered where your item is unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
5. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided they haven’t been worn and are in exactly the same condition as when they were purchased. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and/or labels will qualify the hat as being worn. In the event that you wish to return your item, please follow the below instructions:

1. Specify (in writing) the reason why you are returning the item (including the date of purchase and order reference number).
2. Post the item (along with the document referred to above) to the following address:
   Featherhead Designs, Meadow Lodge, Gudderstown, Ardee, Co. Louth, Ireland, A92 K4N8. We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of your item, please allow up to 14 days after receipt for processing your refund.

Items purchased on our website will be delivered by AnPost.

Delivery charges are simple and straight forward. We charge a flat fee for each item purchased. This fee differs depending on your location.  Delivery fees are:

• Ireland €10
• UK €14
• EU €20
• USA, Canada and the Rest of the World €25

All of our headpieces, crowns and hats are presented and packaged in a beautiful hat box before delivery.
